great location but average common areas

The staff offered excellent assistance throughout our stay, providing insightful recommendations for both attractions and dining-this enhanced our visit. The complimentary filtered water available at all hours was a thoughtful touch, we stayed hydrated while exploring the city. The amazing mountain view from our room added a unique charm to our experience.

There could be more cozy spots in the common areas for relaxation.

It's in a perfect spot, just a 10-minute stroll to the city center and local hotspots. The staff were really good, especially rafat, who offered great travel tips. Their breakfast options were plentiful, ensuring I started my days right.

Thank you for a very nice stay. The hotel is ideal with knowledgeable staff, breakfast is substantial, marvellous location helpful in organising taxi trips for us or helping with local buses. They offer immaculately clean and cheap rooms. The accommodation is in the heart of the town...

I really had high hopes for this hotel, but the room was ridiculously small for three adults, and ended up being overpriced after our flight cancellation. Not to mention the broken fridge, ugh! I was expecting a welcome gift to compensate for the inconvenience, but apparently, I was just another guest.

We had a spacious triple room that fit our family perfectly, and the location was just 10 minutes from the center of Amman. We also enjoyed a nice jeep tour through the nice landscapes.

For dads, it would be great to have more activities for the kids.

The room was super cozy and clean, and I really appreciated the hot water and working AC during my stay. I loved chilling in the backyard garden and taking a break in the little lounge area. Just a heads up, the floors can be a bit chilly, so maybe bring some slippers for comfort! 😊

My partner and i loved the amazing location near rainbow street and the citadel. The staff were pretty good.

The room was basic but clean and had everything we needed including a mini-fridge! And the staff was super friendly, always willing to help us figure out the best options for our tours.

Prices were kinda high for some services, but overall it was acceptable.

We loved the great location. Enjoyed a thrilling jeep tour through nice desert landscapes, a highlight. The super nice team with recommendations and even let us check in early, a nice touch!

But it didn't overshadow our overall positive experience.

Cute and comfortable stay in Amman

The location was perfect for exploring Amman-just a quick walk to Rainbow Street and the Citadel. The staff went out of their way to offer helpful recommendations and even arranged my car rental for the next leg of my trip. I also appreciated the complimentary filtered water available at all times! If I had to mention an area for improvement, it would be great to have a few more cozy spots in the common area to relax.
